He is survived by: his wife Gail (Purvis); his daughters, Angela Sayre (Chad), Jill Dudley (Don) and Tara Callahan; his grandchildren, Logan (Maddie), Justice, Elijah, Abigail, Ezra and Callan; his great grandchild Grayson; his siblings, Jan Wilcox (John), Kathea Lykins and Denny Callahan (Beverly); and his siblings-in-law, Fred Purvis (Sheila), Patty Hampton, Debbie Purvis and John Purvis (Marsha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
