He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Koontz and Dorothy Koontz (Puckett); and his brother-in-law Ray Jankoski. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Jayme Beyer (Chris) and Donnie Koontz (Ashley); his sisters, Susan Jankoski, Julia Green (John), Jayne Prushing (Jim), Dawn Koontz (Gina) and Lori Koontz; and his children, Lauren, Lindsay, Lydia, LeaAnn Beyer, Elle and Carson Koontz.
