He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Wagers and Ohner Wagers (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wagers; his daughters, Alisha Wagers, Michaela Wagers and Sherry Conlin (Ron); his grandchildren, Charity (Andrew), Ciara (Dylan), Cody and Brayden; his great grandchild Noah; his sister Freda Payne; Edith Schweitzer. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
