He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kupper and Louise Kupper (Osterberger); and his wife Phyllis Kupper. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Kupper, Kim Kupper (Patricia) and Nanette Tobergte (Greg); his grandchildren, Jordan Kupper (Lauren), Nicholas Tobergte (Amy), Andrew Kupper (Michelle), Tera Moeller (Kevin), Alex Tobergte (Katherine) and Evan Kupper; and his great grandchildren, Heidi, Zachary Moeller, Kellan, Millie Jo Kupper (Jordan), Owen, Liam, Emmett Kupper (Andrew), Charles, Florence Tobergte (Alex) and Dominic Tobergte (Nicholas).
