She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Kincaid and Verna Rae Kincaid (Carey); her siblings, Patsy Kincaid and Arthur Lee Kincaid; and her friends, Phyllis Cornett and Judy Wolf.
She is survived by: her children, Brent O'Hara and Melissa O'Hara; her sister Barbara Roberts (Ronald); and her pet Spencer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
