With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Kelley (Hamilton, Ohio), who passed away on September 1, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Sean M. Kelley; the mother of his child Melissa Kelley; and his parents, Walter Kelley and Virginia Kelley. He is survived by: his significant other Jolene M. McConnell of Lawrenceburg, IN.; and his siblings, Ronald J. Kelley of Cincinnati, Pati A. Haney of Cincinnati, Karen A. Bell of Cincinnati, Kevin T. Kelley of Hamilton, OH, Janis E. Knecht of Vonore, TN, Nancy M. Morris of The Villages, FL, Judy L. Spenlau of Erlanger, KY and Susan L. Moellinger of Cleves, OH.. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
