He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Vidic and Martha Vidic (Remo); his sister Marlene Johnson (Hal); and the mother of his children Patricia Vidic. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Vidic (Canode); his children, Richard Vidic Jr. (Cindy), Robyn Vidic, James Vidic (Gerri Ann) and Julie Koenig (Alex); and his stepchildren, Richard Howard (Kelly), Greg Howard (Anne) and Angie Dragon (Steve). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
