He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Eyvonne Stout (Norvell); his children, Kelly Ruffner (Hubert), Tyler Stout and Sarah Stout; and his sisters, Vicky Zimmerman (Charlie) and Sandy Stout. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
