He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Burnett (Kline) and Jack Burnett; and his wife Kimberly Burnett (McQueen). He is survived by: his children, Justin Pleiman (Angela), Jackie N. Toennisson and Jason Burnett (Emmy); his grandchildren, Madison, Gage, Dillon, Devon, Emma, Hope, Hailey, Gavin, Alex, Caleb and Levi; and his sister Lynne Cherolis (Nick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
