He is survived by: his wife Brenda Adkins; his children, Misty Adkins, Clinton Adkins, Renee' Carpenter (Alvin) and Angie Mullins; his grandchildren, Justin, Robert Patrick, Evan, Cody, Cassidy, Aaliah, Bobbi, Brandon, Johnathon, Alexandria, Haley, Levi and Blake; his great grandchildren, Natilyn, Olivia, Jaxon, Samuel, Lucas, Ollie, Aiden, Charlotte, Mazy, Andrea', Little Levi and Landyn; and his siblings, David Adkins (late Linda), Donald "Gene" Adkins (Lois), Faye Angel (late Greg), Sarah Williamson and Patty Adkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Animal Friends Humane Society.
