He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Tilford (Dury) and James B. Tilford; and his brother James D. Tilford. He is survived by: his wife Susan Tilford; his children, Ronald J. Tilford Jr., Mary Beth Hudek (Jim), Barbara Phillips (Dennis) and Mark Tilford (Cara); and his grandchildren, Katie, Abby, Amy, Allyson, Ben, Betsy, Emma, Joseph and Caroline.
