He is survived by: his son Ryan Dale Johnson, Jr. (Tori); his mother Constance Lou Johnson (Coates); his sisters, Kara Smith (Doug) and Stephanie Southard (Joel); his grandchildren, Brooks and Hayes Johnson; and his siblings' children, Kayla Miller (Evan), Carson Smith, Myles Southard, Ezra and Niklaus Miller.
