He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvie B. Crouch Jr. and Cora Ellen Crouch (Owens). He is survived by: his wife Pamela R. Crouch; his daughter Cassandra M. Silkowski (Alex); his grandsons, Harrison A. and Wesley Steven Silkowski; and his brothers, Gerald S. and Joseph A. Crouch. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
