He is survived by: his parents, Terry Fowler Sr. and Naomi Martin (Don); his son Shelby Fowler (Destiny Clark); his brothers, Bobby Fowler (Julie), Kevin Martin (Tracie Tipton) and Eric Martin (Tara); his grandchildren, Bryson, Payton and Ivan Ray Fowler; his siblings' children, Kayla Sears, Bethany Fowler, Grace Fowler, Faith Gibson, Nicholas Martin and Ethan Stewart; his uncle Tommy Reasch; and his aunt Juanita Tirey. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
