He is survived by: his children, Brett T. Lewis (Trichia) and Kimberly Lewis Beck (Jayson); his sister Donna Martin (Tom); his grandchildren, Talia Lewis, Annabel Bray (Gage), Micayla Young (Casey), Brett Lewis and Bryan Lewis (Marissa); and his pet Dodger. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (2565 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate charitable donations to be made in Thomas' name to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org., or Shriner's Children's https://donate.shrinerschildren.org.
