Payne; his brother Rob Payne; his sister-in-law Lori Payne; his niece Lydia Payne; his nephew Levi Payne; his sister Ann Tatum; his brother-in-law Jimmy Tatum; and his nephews, Brock Tatum and Cade Tatum.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Avance Funeral Home (4976 Winton Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Loyal Order of Moose (925 Pyramid Hill Blvd, Hamilton, OH 45013).
