He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Lewis (George); his children, Phil Lewis (Leslie), Gary Lewis (Terri) and Kimberly Nguyen (Steve); his grandchildren, Alec Lewis (Samantha), Elle Zehler (Zach), Calvin Lewis, Jack Nguyen (Marissa), Will Nguyen (Miki), Drew Lewis (Payton), Alex Lewis (Megan) and Lauren Atkinson (Jared); his great grandchildren, Warren, Sawyer, Jensen, Conner, Caleb, Eli and Asher; his brother Keith Lewis (Pat) of Alabama; his sisters-in-law, Connie Clutter (John) of Texas and Deb Hyland (Kevin) of New York; his nephew Justin Clutter (Bonnie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and Casey; his nephews, Skip and Bill; Christy.
