It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter O'Dell Foster (Hamilton, Ohio), who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Foster and Helen Foster. He is survived by: his wife Jan Foster (Schmutz); his children, Christy Hanger (David) and Matthew Foster; his grandchildren, Fiona and Elias Hanger; and his brother Russell Foster.
