He is survived by: his wife Theresa Fields; his sisters, Corda Ann Yungbluth (John Jr.) and Bennie Steiner; his nieces, Chandra Yungbluth, Mary Burton, Tracy Carpenter, Youvona Clemens and Stephanie Bartley; his nephew John Yungbluth III; and his mother-in-law Marcella Stepp.
