He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; and his sons, Jessie, Greg and Mike. He is survived by: his family, Diane Burdine of Florida, Becky Galliher (Gary Martin) of Montana, Randy Burdine (Karen), Greg Burdine, Billy Burdine (Kari), Cindy Schoch (Chris) and Kenny (Danielle). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, or Berkeley Square Retirement Community.
