He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Haynes (Marcum); his children, Darrell Haynes (Leslie) of Manchester, KY, Beverly Mangubat (Alonzo) and Elizabeth Grubb of Hamilton, OH; his stepson Todd Steimel (Sherry) of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Holly, Lynsey Haynes of Manchester, KY, Zachary Mangubat, Sara Grubb of Hamilton, OH, Courtney Reffitt (Travis) of Hamilton, OH, Angela Suding (Bill) and Chelsea Proffitt of Brookville, IN; and his siblings, Kenneth Haynes of Hamilton, OH and Rosie Hamm (Nickey) of Somerset, KY.. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
