Franke (Hamilton, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F. Franke and Irma Franke (Dickman); and his wife Frances R. Franke (Wilson). He is survived by: his children, Mary Jane Bullock, James R. "Jim" Franke (Carolyn "Sue") and Shirley J. Stevens (Rick); and his grandchildren, Kristi Ferrel (Ian), Kati Bullock, Andy Franke (Holly), Aaron Franke (Samantha), Valerie Buckingham (Cahle) and Sam Stevens. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
