He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Mary Schell (Wenstrup) and William Anthony Schell; and his brother John Schell (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Norma Ann (Wittenberg); his children, Tracy Ann Stehlin (David Wayne), Christina Marie Unger (Stephan Allen), William Joseph Schell Jr. (Michelle Rene) and Vicky Lynn Tilton (Ryan Owen Tilton); his granddaughters, Ashley Marie McKinney (Brett), Alexandra Nicole Walsh (Andrew), Karlie Rene Schell, Kamryn Danielle Bramer (Austin), Kiersten Elizabeth Schell, Kassidy Brianne Schell, Hannah Grace Stehlin and Makinly Linn Tilton; his great grandchildren, Remi Marie McKinney, Rhett Lynn McKinney, Layton Will Bramer and Layla Sue Bramer; and his siblings, Richard Schell (Sharon) and Patricia Furlong (Thomas Furlong). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, lifelong friends.
