It is with sadness that the passing of Andrea Schortgen of Hamler, Ohio is shared. Andrea, born on May 2, 1968, passed away on September 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Casmer (Much). She is survived by: her father Daniel Casmer (Linda); her husband Sam; her children, Quinn Nash and Noah Schortgen; her stepchildren, Kyle Schortgen (Julie), Amber Brock (Travis) and Brandon Schortgen (Morgan); and her siblings, Martie Casmer and Michael Casmer (Kelly). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home (133 E Maple St, Deshler, OH 43516). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Fellowship Dinner & Gathering (350 Randolf St, Hamler, OH 43524).
The family suggests memorials to Hamler American Legion Post #262 Auxiliary.
