Lorna Fintel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorna Fintel of Hamler, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Hogrefe and Esther Hogrefe (Schultz); her husband Vernon W. Fintel; her brothers, Raymond, Donald, Richard, Alfred (Pete) and James Hogrefe; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Burden, Irvin Fintel, Willis Fintel, Melvin Gobrogge, Wilma Fintel (Gerkin) and Helen Gobrogge.
She is survived by: her children, William Fintel (Colleen) of Fairport, NY, Robert Fintel (Connie) of Middletown, Pamela Olson (Thomas) of Spring Lake, Michigan and Sandra Ballert (David) of Ottawa Lake, Michigan; her grandchildren, Stephen, Patrick (Christina), Sarah, Abby, Sam (Brianna), Ben, Maggie, Garrett Fintel, Emily Schiele (James), Michael Olson, Andrew Madson-Olson (Sammie), Margo Chilelli (Chris) and Megan Powell (Jason); her siblings, Clarence, Frank, Arnold, Ruth Ann Zeltner and Dolores Thomas; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Burden, Bernice Lohmann (Dewayne) and Barbee Fintel (Irvin). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
