He is survived by: his wife Pamela Saltzman Howell; his children, Sean Howell (Michelle) and Amy Boyer (Gary); his grandchildren, Lane Howell (Caitlyn), Owen Howell, Morgan Boyer, Issac Collins, Riley Collins and Kase Collins; his great grandchildren, Hayden Howell and Eolia Collins; and his siblings, Douglas Howell, Daniel Howell, Carol Henry, Judy Lawrence and Laura Walters (Roy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
