Delbert Furbee Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2026, at the age of 91, Delbert Furbee of Hammondsville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Furbee and Minnie Furbee (Haught); his wife Marilyn J. Furbee (Lutton); his son Tim (Janice Furbee); his granddaughter Daryl Ann Burkey; his son-in-law Ted "Buzz" Cooper; and his siblings, Alma Butler, Leroy, Daryl, Ronald, Glenn and James.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Furbee (Stephanie) of Wellsville, OH and Cindy Cooper of Toronto, OH; his sister Patsy Conrad of Cincinnati, OH; his sister-in-law Frances Furbee of Toronto; and his grandchildren, Scott Furbee (Heather), Jake Furbee (Natasha), Aubrey Eblen (Troy), Luke Furbee (April), Joe Furbee (Candy), Tabatha Rockhold, Travis Furbee (Bree), Becky Huff, Justin Cooper (Megan), Brian Furbee (Kate) and Brittany Furbee. He is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be directed to the Bell Chapel Good Samaritan Fund or Valley Hospice.
