Phelps, Jr.) of Hammondsville; her stepsons, Aaron Workman (Kristin) of Hammondsville and Adam Workman of Hammondsville; her brothers, Scott Manley and Chris Manley of Canton; her mother-in-law Sally Workman of Hammondsville; and her grandchildren, Kristen Carroll and Michael A. Phelps III.
