She was predeceased by : her parents, Wendell F. Brown and Mabel I. Brown (McKelvey); her son Jack Wells; and her siblings, Sandy Brown and Paul Skaggs.
She is survived by : her husband Dan Smith; her son Shawn Wells of Brilliant, OH; her brothers, Bobby Skaggs (Irene), Wendell Eugene Brown (Norma), Ricky Brown (Carolyn) and Randy Brown (Sally); her grandchildren, Bryar Wells, Saxon Wells, Devonne Smith and Justin Coffman; her great grandchildren, Liam, Connor, Zelda, Rosie, Envy, Grayson and Riley; and her close friend Cindy Coulter.
