He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Lewis (Wright); his children, Luann, Douglas Lewis (Patti) of Kensington and Duane Lewis (Vicki) of Kensington; and his stepdaughter Kelly Davis (Scott) of Kensington. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
