She was predeceased by: her parents, T. Walter Jarvis and Erma Jarvis (Simons); her husband Rev. French Lee Webb; her son Roger Webb; her siblings, Tommy, Marvin Jarvis and Margie Jarvis; and her grandson Steven L. Mango.
She is survived by: her family, Kimberly Cody (Mango) of Hanoverton, Todd Devine (Christine) of Youngstown, Brandon Mango (Erin) of Hanoverton, Brad Devine (Beth) of Leetonia, Lynette Reckner (Sell) and Nicholas Reckner of Hanoverton; her daughter Deborah Webb of Hanoverton; her son-in-law Jeff Sell of Hanoverton; and her children, Barbara Devine of Salem and Lee Allen "Huck" Webb of Salem. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
