He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Mary Alice Smith (Nunley); and his siblings, Anna Patchett, Sarah Hough, Carmaleda "Carmie" Sayre and Stella Schoenberger.
He is survived by: his wife Diane DeBolt; his children, Tonya Smith of Bucyrus and Nathan Smith (Jodi) of Cape Coral; his grandchildren, Kaylina, Dalton, Caley and Jaxen; and his great grandchildren, Shiloh and Ezelynn.
