He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Frayer (John), Valerie Bower (Dave), Cynthia Schmidt and Janet Anderson (Steve); and his family, Debbie Chesnut, Leigh Richter (Kurt), Jim Nordyke (Kyla), Matt Chatlain and Kim Collins (Kelby).
