He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Lee Forgy; and his pets, Maggie, Zoey and Henry. He is survived by: his daughters, Madison Kohl (Jacob), Amanda Phillips and Sylvia Forbeck (Luke); his grandchildren, Maren Forbeck, Ada Kohl and Thomas Forbeck; his daughter Susan Phillips-Struewing; and his half-brothers, Larry Forgy and Dennis Forgy (Brenda).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jackman-Hensley Funeral Home (215 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jackman Hensley Funeral Home (215 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030).
