He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Carf (Anthony), Jessica Crist (Terry), David Hendrickson and Emily Bowling (Shawn); his parents, Jerry Hendrickson and Sharon Hendrickson; his brother Jeff Hendrickson (Brenda); his nieces and nephews, Carly and Harper; and his grandchildren, Kal and Serenity.
