He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Nicastro (Doreen) of Columbus, OH, Pat Nicastro of Cincinnati, OH, Debbie Bryant (late Donnie) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Toni Haynes (Jeff) of Sardinia, OH and Gail Combs (Vic) of Edgewood, KY; his close friend Debbie Harnist; and his pet Micah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
