She is survived by: her husband Gregory E. Jacobs; her children, Jenny Jacobs and Johnny P. Jacobs (Donna); and her siblings, John, Paul Pete, Daniel, Joe, Charlie and Eddie. She is also survived by extended family that includes her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
