He is survived by : his children, Jackie Nussbaum (Paul), Anita Smith (John Swafford), Lisa Smith and Bev Ertel (Jeff); his siblings, Alfred, Ray, Ernie, Christine, Veda, Hayden and Gladys; his uncle Lyndon Sizemore; and his aunt Betty Sizemore.
