She was predeceased by: her siblings, Julie Forde (Steve), Jillian Moore (Michael), Bradley Gettelfinger (Lauren), Mark, Craig and Jennifer Gettelfinger; her mother Diane; and her grandparents, Frank, Margaret Gettelfinger and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her father Frank Gettelfinger; her husband Brandon Schwartz; her sibling's children, Addison, Avery, Antonia Forde, Cecilia, Rory Gettelfinger and Carter Moore; her cousin Candice Sheppard (Chris); and her close friend Henry Araujo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (10010 Carolina Trace Rd, Harrison, OH 45030). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (10010 Carolina Trace Rd, Harrison, OH 45030).
