He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne "Bonnie" Hornbach; his siblings, Floyd Hornbach (Evelyn), Joe Hornbach, George Hornbach (Dorothy), Rose Marie Graf (Edward) and Agnes Hornbach; and his parents, John F. Hornbach and Helen Hornbach.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Hornbach-Torres (Efrain), Sandy Hornbach, Cheryl Oevermeyer (Marty) and Doug Hornbach (Bridget); his grandchildren, Lindsey Warren (Sam), Michael Oevermeyer (Megan Miller), Rachel Torres, Andrew Torres, Daniel Torres (Grace), Jeffrey Oevermeyer, Isabelle Hornbach and Jenna Hornbach; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Emmett Warren.
