He is survived by: his children, Victoria Gilligan and Louis M. Eckstein, Jr.; and his siblings, James Eckstein, Charles Eckstein, Thomas Eckstein, Henry Eckstein, Gertrude Kidwell, Threse Slayback, Loraine Lipps, Dorothy Kidwell, Lucille Heath and Bertha Ford.
