He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin L Sr. Davis and Rosemary Davis (Wheaton); his grandson Easton Miller; and his siblings, John Davis and Marcia Varner.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin Davis III, Angela Miller (Jared), James Shaw and Greg Shaw; his grandchildren, Zach Hoffman, Savannah Shaw, Abrial Cornelius (Hunter), Serene Miller and Dalton Miller; his sisters, Ruth Davis-Smith and Sharon Bay; and his former wife Cathy Turner Noack.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brater Winter Funeral Home - Harrison (201 S Vine St, Harrison, OH 45030). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Venice Cemetery (Ross, OH 45014).
