He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Thomas Bausch. He is survived by: his parents, Wiley E. Sr. Manning and Jacqueline F. Manning (Hollin); his wife Amber Manning (Bausch); his children, Grace Whalen (Tyler) and Hunter Manning; his siblings, Wiley Jr. Manning (Tracy), Jason Manning (Sydnee), Rebecca MacMurdo (Brian) and Joshua Manning; his mother-in-law Pamila Bausch; and his sisters-in-law, Kelly Merk (Brian) and Kimberly Lightner (Justin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
