It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip P Lawhorn of Harrison, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lawhorn and Effie Lawhorn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lawhorn; his daughters, Holly McCrystal (Michael) and Stacy Crews (Allan); his grandchildren, Effie, Fern McCrystal, Charlotte and Owen Crews; and his siblings, Jerry Lawhorn (Sue), Katherine Francis and Angie Sizemore (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to PAWS of Dearborn County, a cause close to Phil's heart.
