He was predeceased by: his parents, David Daniel and Amy Beatrice Smith, Jr. (Blankenship); and his siblings, James Crank, Juanita Souders, Virginia Lee Smith, Barbara Smith Brown, Charles Smith and Harold Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Louanna Seeley; his children, Victor David Smith (Elaine), Ricky Frank Smith (Carolyn) and Judy Jo Smith (Martina Batten); his grandsons, Zachary Charles Smith and Matthew Sheldon Smith (Logan); his great grandchildren, Kora Madelyn Smith and Korbyn August Smith; and his brother Joe Crank. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, family members request that donations be made in memory of Ralph D. Smith to Hospice of Cincinnati West in care of the funeral home.
