He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins (Wakeman); his children, Rick Collins (Lauren Keeton) and Tiffany Terry (Ryan); his grandchildren, Waylon Samuel Collins, Aidan and Alyse Terry; and his siblings, Bill Collins (Kim), Fred Collins, Joanie Collins, Melinda Collins and Tammy Kuebel (Justin).
