He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoog; his children, Jeffrey Cutcher, Michael Cutcher (Janine), Bradford Cutcher (Courtney) and Meghann Pluta (Lukasz); his grandchildren, Sarah, Austin, Tyler, Ainsley, Reghan and Colin; and his brothers, Dan Cutcher and Richard Cutcher (Hatice). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to the Mariemont Recreational Association or the Ohio State Scholarship Fund for Managers-organizations that held immense joy Tim's life.
