He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Leo and Opal Pilot; his siblings, Wanda, Sandy, Glenn, Donald and Gary; and his children, Marty Pilot and Kimberly Ernest.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Pilot; his children, Robin Miller, Douglas Lucken (Sherri), Darla Lucken (Kirby) and Katie McLain (Mark); his grandchildren, Jessica, Ken, Karen (James), Dylan (Eva), Shelby, Shane, Lilly, Tanya, Savannah, Holly, Jennifer, Stephanie, Tony, Chole, John and Michael; and his sisters, Kathy Smith (Carl) and Debbie Brandt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3300 Parkcrest Ln, Cincinnati, OH 45211). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
