He was predeceased by: his former wives, Jeanne Finan (Kenneth) and Kathleen Baker (Scott); his parents, Richard Harvey and Rena Brown; and his siblings, Frank Brown, Barbara Turner, Joyce Brock and Wilma Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella; his grandchildren, Steve Finan (Sarah), Michelle Mueller (Jon), Ben Baker and Jackson Baker; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Ben, Alexa, Clara and Zayne.
