She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemoyne Peltz and Lois Peltz (McCartney); her husband Robert J. Sliva, Sr.; her great grandchild Aubree Lynn Sloan; and her siblings, Ruth Horstman, John "Jack" Peltz and David "Gov" Peltz.
She is survived by: her children, Robert J. (Cynthia), Thomas W. Sliva (Jayne) and Larry A. Sliva (Lori); her grandchildren, Nicole Sloan (Adam), T. J. Sliva (Carly), Stephanie Sliva, Chantel Sliva and Caitlin Sliva (Jalen Holmes); her great grandchild Bryce Sloan; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Peltz and Mary Ann Peltz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews complete her family.
